Food Trucks, Food Trailers, and Meals on Wheels. Some of the best food is served out of motorized vehicles. I went all over DFW to explore the Food Truck Phenomenon. The First stop is a personal favorite of mine where you can find some of the best Birria Tacos and other Birria Goods. Had to check out a very popular Lobster Food Truck that has nationwide buzz. Finishing off at a Truck Yard to try my luck with plethora of delicious options to try; Including some of the juiciest chicken I've ever had, and down home BBQ cooking reminding me of my childhood.
