In this video, I share insights from Atomic Habits by James Clear and how the book has helped me create a calm and supportive home environment. It's all about how small, consistent changes can lead to big, lasting results. Instead of focusing solely on what I want to achieve, I now think about the kind of person I want to become, and I use my environment to support that transformation.

I’ve learned that redesigning my space to make good habits easier and bad habits harder can make all the difference. For example, I’ve started implementing Clear’s “two-minute rule” to make habits easier to start, and I’ve found that even decluttering one shelf at a time brings noticeable progress. Moving into a new home has also given us a fresh start, making it easier to build new, healthy habits.

I focus more on creating systems that support my goals, like a “One In, One Out” policy for managing clutter and daily routines that keep things tidy. Instead of chasing the goal of a perfect, clutter-free home, I work on maintaining a system that makes calm and order part of my everyday life.
