2025 Panini Silhouette NFL Football Hobby Boxes are the newest high-end release from Panini, and I am opening two boxes of this new debut set for our latest collectible sports trading card pack unboxing/product review! This is the last ever Panini NFL Football release as Panini has lost the NFL License to Topps and Fanatics. Like Prizm Black, Silhouette is unique because it does not contain any NFL rookie cards and instead replaces them with various NIL NCAA collegiate and high school prospect cards. These boxes have an SRP of $250 but resell in the $400-500 range (FOTL sells in the mid $1,000 range). Every box contains 4 4-card packs for a total of 16 cards (10 box cases). Expect 4 autograph or memorabilia jersey relic cards and 10 inserts or parallels in each box. There are also 1st/First Off The Line boxes that arrive early and contain 1 FOTL-exclusive autograph to 7 or less, 1 FOTL mem card /7 or less, and 2 FOTL parallels /17 or less as a bonus. This product comes with chances at pulling officially licensed cards of NFL legends and NIL prospects, ultra-rare SSP case-hit inserts (Gala, Vanta, White Night, Contour), 1/1 Holo Platinum parallels, game/player worn prime/super prime memorabilia jersey relics (NFL Shields, Nike Swoosh, patch, number, nameplate, brand logo, hat, gloves, team logo, NFLPA/NFL Players Association, NFL Player's Logo, laundry tag, helmet, cleat/sneaker/shoe, ball, Bowl Patches, Gridiron Classic, Jumbo, Tags, Silhouettes), various SP/SSP parallels (Holo Silver, Gold, Purple, Blue, Red, Bronze, Pink, Cracked Ice, Scope, Green, FOTL Red/Black/Platinum), various inserts (Hand Crafted MVP, Pillars of the Game, Super Bowl, Superstars Die Cut), on-card hard-signed & sticker signature cards featuring ink of top talents (Silhouette Autographs, multi-signed Dual/Triple/Quad autos, Framed, Jumbo Patch Auto Booklet, NFL Relic Patch Autos, Profile, VS 1 on 1 Book), rare cards of top NFL/High School/NCAA Collegiate NIL rookie/star/legend/HOF athletes (Arch Manning, Dylan Raiola, Carnell Tate, Jeremiyah Love, Caleb Downs, Julian Sayin, Barry Sanders, Ty Simpson, Deion Sanders, Joe Montana, Lawrence Taylor, Peyton Manning), and more! You can get a box to break for yourself from your local sports card hobby shops and online retailers/sellers. This seems to be the last Panini NFL set, and unfortunately, it has a weak checklist that lacks rookies (no one is sure why Panini lost the ability to put rookies in products while still holding the NFL license), a strong floor, and chase-worthy ceiling. Overall, I would rate this product a 2.5/10. I truly wish you good luck if you try one of these for yourself!
