Follow the Ghost Burn team as they investigate alcoves, dark stairwells the dressing room and other hidden areas in the Plaza Theater. The Plaza Theatre in Atlanta opened on December 23, 1939 as an art deco cinema and live theater space. In the 1970s, the Plaza became an X-rated adult cinema and live burlesque theatre, screening such risqué fare as Teeny Buns and Swinging Sorority. In 1983 the theater was reborn as a venue for independent, foreign, and art-house movies. Several people met with early demise by varying circumstances...including murder. A projectionist was murdered late one night and his spirit has been heard pounding on the office door for help.
As most ghost hunters know, capturing photographs or video of paranormal entities is a rarity. Apparently a couple of spirits overcame their reluctance to be seen and manifested themselves on-camera. Investigator and author Beth Dolger and her team encounter a communicative entity in the balcony. Meanwhile in the cave-like dressing room, Dolgner, horror show producer Shane Morton and 8 year old Noah are buzzed by something no can explain.
