Bonjour Friends, how have you been ?

Summer is almost over, the weather is getting colder, peaches season is here, and I picked so much from the garden, I made a crumble with them. The perfect recipe for those days of late summer.

Peach Crumble recipe :

280g Flour
A pinch of salt
200g Sugar
250g butter
About 1KG of peaches
A packet of vanilla sugar
4 tablespoons of sugar

Preheat your oven to 200°Celsius
In a big bowl mix together, the flour, salt and sugar.
Add the diced butter and mix with you fingertips until it forms a crumby texture, do not overwork the mix or it will became sticky and form a dough.
Once the crumble mix is ready set aside and prepare the peaches.
Peel and cut them in bit size pieces, mix them in your pan with the sugars and put the crumble mix on top evenly.
Cook for about 45 minutes, until golden brown.
Eat once it cooled down a bit, with ice cream or yogurt.
