• Maintain an active commercial registration.
• Have no restrictions imposed on the establishment.
• Not categorized under the red color in the Nitaqat system.

Dependent Requirements:

• Must have a valid Iqama.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess the necessary professional accreditations.
• Relationship with the primary expatriate worker must be a spouse, spouse’s relative, or legal guardian.

This initiative regulates the employment of dependents without needing to transfer their sponsorship, ensuring alignment with authorized economic activities and labor regulations.
