DR. CHRISTIAN G. FORSTNER

Dr. Forstner is a nuclear physicist with a PhD from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich. He has more than 25 years of experience in demystifying to achieve Excellence.
He has directed business excellence on behalf of the president of Siemens Power Generation, and he is the principal strategist and process management consultant for many global organizations that impact the lives of hundreds of thousands of people.
Since more than 25 years, he is analyzing (assessing) all types of organizations, including large multinational companies of more than 50,000 people.
He founded CFYourAdvantage on the principles of simplicity, common sense and sustainability. He is also lecturing as a professor at a German University.

MURAT AYDIN
General Manager Quality Assurance & Business Excellence, GC Europe

Murat Aydin is a Quality Management, Operational & Business Excellence Leader with over 12+ years of experience in medical devices and FMCG (Fast-moving Consumer Goods) sectors.
After several positions in different industries with the last one at Unilever, he joined GC Europe in 2011. He has held different positions at GC Europe and currently working as General Manager Quality Assurance & Business Excellence/GQM (GC’s Quality Management). During this period at GC Europe, he has led the quality assurance, regulatory and business excellence/GQM systems and implemented the structural improvements in all these areas.
In 2019, GC Europe has received the highest recognition from the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM), and has become the first company in the dental industry, the first Benelux based company and the first subsidiary company of a Japanese Corporation to win the EFQM Global Excellence Award. .
He has a Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering; Master of Engineering degree in Technical Management; and Executive MBA degree from Vlerick Business School.
