This small roof in Ridgefield was rotting away without anyone knowing it. We had to rebuild the knee wall. After replacing all the plywood and rebuilding the wall, we could install the new roof.
We used peel and stick base paper and then installed a Modified Bitumen Rubber torch down membrane.
