Prices in 50 Years if Inflation is 3%. The Fed likes to target a 2% Inflation rate but as of November ‘21 year over year inflation was measured at 6.8%. A large portion of that was Energy and Food. Gasoline alone is up 58.1%, and Food is up 6.1%. Used car and trucks are up 31.4%. What are some things you’re paying more for?
