🔹️It is well built and feels very sturdy.
🔹️It takes less than 10 seconds to grind 15g in filter settings.
🔹️It has almost zero static regardless of the roasting level. It is surprisingly good 💯
🔹️It automatically turns off after it finishes grinding, and the motor sound is on the quiet side when there are no beans in the grinder.
🔹️Tastewise of the stock burrs:

Fellow Gen 2 burrs can be described as all-rounder burrs in filter coffee. They offer sweetness, clarity, great body, and overall, an enjoyable cup. They will definitely fit the wide range of different tastes and we are confident in recommending them for filter coffee.
Most filter brews were just delicious 💫

Compared to SSP Multipurpose burrs, you will definitely get better clarity and extra crispness with the SSP. However, considering the price tag of the Fellow burrs, they are great option for "Filter Coffee"

🔸️No espresso with the Gen 2 burrs. We went as fine as the burrs touching point, and we got 22 seconds extraction time in espresso and it was a messy extraction. However, this should be an indication that the GEN 2 burrs are sufficient for all brewing methods, starting from Mokapot and Aeropress.
🔸️It is currently only available in 110v.
🔸️As a stock grinder, it is only made for filter coffee. You will be able to change the burrs to get espresso grinding capabilities, but that will cost you extra and you have to consider different options on the market at that point.

Overall, we have truly enjoyed using the Fellow ODE Gen 2 grinder for filter coffee. It is compact, practical, and sufficient. Highly recommended for filter coffee 💫
