Phillip Cappello, Director of Procurement, and Patty Paradiso, Accounting Assistant at Nassau Community College talk about their experience of working with Unimarket. Our thanks to Phillip and Patty for generously making time for this interview.
Transcript:
0:05-0:31: (Phillip) When we were looking for a solution, we obviously were looking for a web-based solution that could be easily implemented, easily taught, user-friendly was very important. When we were reviewing, we found that the Unimarket product was affordable, easy to maintain, and they were very hands-on. The support was right there.
0:32-0:50: (Patty) They are very high level of support. I ask a question, they email you right back. Things are much faster. The ease of use and how quick it is. I can process a hundred claims in a day, as opposed to twenty claims in a day.
0:51-1:18: (Phillip) It's much improved, much quicker, much more manageable. The whole community of users can follow and track where everything is and they don't need to call us as a procurement department or an accounts payable department anymore. Now people can focus on actually doing the main job at task, not all of the side things that go along with it, the administrative part.
1:19-1:22: (Patty) Our problem is their problem, our successes are their successes.
1:23-1:39: (Phillip) Yes, they are truly invested in the eProcurement process and rolling it out and our business. They're truly invested in our business too. Unimarket is a true partner and that's what you need.
