Oil – 250 g

Yogurt (Dahi) – 200 g

Onion (sliced) – 250 g

Garlic paste – 50 g

Ginger paste – 3 tsp

Julienned ginger – 20 g

Red chilies (soaked) – 8–10

Salt – to taste

Turmeric powder – 1.5 tsp

Yellow pepper or red chili powder – 1 tsp

Cashew paste – 3 tsp

Cashew nuts – 8–10

Crushed coriander seeds – 2 tsp

Green chilies – 2–3
