Hi! In today's video, I use the Holbein Artist Grade watercolor paint for the first time. I talk about my initial reaction using these watercolor paints as I make swatches, a color wheel, and a little sketchbook page using these paints. I discuss everything I like and dislike about these new Holbein watercolor paints, from texture and vibrancy to "blendability" and ease of use. As an illustrator, I really like the idea of these watercolor paints speeding up my process quite a bit as opposed to using Acryla Goauche, which dries quickly but doesn't have the same amount of movement or flow as the watercolor does.
