Herringbone design using paddle sticks cut to fit around and on top of the frame.
This was a ideal design for this old mirror because once I removed the bulky stars it left large holes.
I glued the sticks into place using liquid nails
I finished with a stain and seal to ensure the paddle sticks were sealed for protection
