■About Nakajima/HR Manager
Graduated from the School of Law at Waseda University. For 10 years, Nakajima worked at a mega-venture company in a wide range of roles, including CA, RA, marketing, and new business launch. He personally managed an organization of up to 60 employees as it grew from 100 to 1,500. He joined Narusome as HR Manager, responsible for recruitment, training, and organizational management.
