Hello! Welcome to our channel! One of my aqua sport instructors asked that I try an Ice Bath Session via the Wim Hof Method, but after reading about it, I felt it wasn't for me. But instead, one chilly morning, I embraced the light of day with my bare skin..................and it was invigorating! A rushing sense of energy, most definitely.
