Being in a state of perpetual presence, joy and bliss may seem impossible or even scary! If you are used to living in lower frequencies (e.g. anxiety, fear, frustration, worry, regret, guilt, etc) you can mistrust higher frequencies as being foreign or impractical.

Indeed, humanity as a whole is learning to let go of the comfort zone of the lower frequencies which we have inhabited for thousands of years, and rise up an octave into luminous and pleasant states of consciousness as our "new normal". This requires our presence and commitment.
