The Government of Kerala has launched a comprehensive initiative to address the skills gap & equip young people under the age group of 23 years with necessary skills for decent work and a good standard of living. This initiative is taken to promote inclusivity and equity offering free courses, reserves seats for students from socially-economically weaker sections and children with special needs. SDC offers two distinct job roles with structured practical oriented training incorporated with life skills and entrepreneurship skills for attaining market standards.
