Let's bring some light and joy to this mindful movement break! Join librarian and yoga instructor Chelsea for a playful session that will leave you feeling brighter, more resilient, and open to new discoveries. No experience or fancy yoga pants are necessary, but you may want a piece of furniture or a wall handy to help you with your balance.
