Hello. My name is Nori and I live in the British countryside. The other day, I received some homemade soy milk from a neighbor, so I made tofu using Epsom salt instead of nigari (bittern) and enjoyed it as miso dengaku.
I'll also be sharing a day in the life of Guy Fawkes Night (Bonfire Night), a traditional event held every year on November 5th across the UK.
