We use anger, when we're experiencing it, to engage in strength work.

Now, the way we write the strength work is progressive sets, so there's always multiple sets with full recovery in between each set, and the idea is not maximal on the first set and then try to hang on, try to hang on, try to hang on.

👉 The goal is not the exact same output, every single set. The goal is restrain yourself on your first expression, fully recover. Express yourself a little bit more. On the second set, fully recover, express a little more on the third set, fully recover, maybe a fourth, maybe a fifth.

🤔 And that teaches us to feel anger and not overreact.
