This day ten years ago, a little seed was sown. With a small bunch of us running helter skelter to get our space up and running, in a basement in Vasant Vihar. We called it Children First. Then in 2011 , we grew in number and we shifted to our current premises in Safdarjung Enclave.
For our opening in August 2011, we attempted to capture and share the essence and vision of this team with a handheld camera and open hearts.
This film will give you a small (and now vintage-seeming) glimpse into how we started out, the ideas we had, the people we were, and all that has accompanied this wondrous and fulfilling journey.
We are at two locations now - Safdarjung Enclave & Gurgaon. We are a team of 50 now from the handful when we started. But the journey remains as fulfilling as then. We celebrate a decade of Children First today.
