This is a town called Lye in Stourbridge, it’s one of the most deprived towns in the West Midlands Black Country.

The anti-social issues have gotten so bad that Dudley Council has issued this Public Spaces Protection Order stating that anyone caught drinking, using drugs, engaging in anti-social behavior, urinating and even defecating in the High Street and the surrounding areas.

Anyone caught will be subject to a £1,000 fine.

The High Street in Lye is one of the most depressing and rundown High Streets in the country, as you can see from this footage.

The surrounding estates aren’t in great shape either!
