The Elites are a European "super" doowop group made up of key members
of some of the best doowop groups in Germany, Spain and the U.K.

The nucleus of the group consists of Ralf zur Linde and Jens Franke of
Germany's premier vocal group, the Crystalairs, Steve Webb of the UK's
premier vocal group, the Roomates and Frank Buttgereit, who is the
renowned bass singer formerly with the Four Flops, Fabulous Flops,
Crystalairs and on many contemporary Euro doowop recordings by various
other groups.

Various other members from other groups have also been part of the Elites
at one time or another.

This compilation features 10 tracks, 8 of which are available through the noted Cds in the video. 2 of the tracks are from a custom Cd I received from a collector friend from Germany who I was in contact with at least 15 years ago and were unreleased commercially. See notes in the video.
