As a Filipino living in France I performed this Filipino fan dance to celebrate Mark's parent's golden wedding anniversary.

The fan dance was performed to royalty and on very special occasions and I love performing as part of my Pinoy life in France.

As a Filipino in France, I enjoy showcasing my Filipino heritage and used to take part in Filipino cultural shows while living in the UK.

Some Filipino's in France that I have met since moving to France have asked to start Filipino cultural shows in France and requested that I teach them the fan dance but as a new mother time had to be spent with my children.

It was 2 years of living in France before I met other Filipinos in France and it was at that point that I discovered Filipino communities in France that supported one another.

I met another Pinoy in France 3 years ago and a week after meeting her I performed the fan dance at her wedding as a wedding gift - I think her guest enjoyed seeing some Filipino culture.
