Bill Palant, Vice President and Artist Manager, IMG, came to music after receiving a psychology degree. He describes the unconventional path that he took in his career as a self-recreation that allowed him more flexibility. He encourages the audience to take non-traditional paths to reach their goals and to be open to changes.
