Chicken Wings are a staple at my tailgates and when I am watching football at home. I have been tailgating for 25 years and am the Official Pitmaster of the Dallas Cowboys. I always advise making wings for football watching, because you can dry rub one way and then sauce many different ways to give your guests options. In this recipe we ultimately serve dry wings, buffalo wings and Alabama white sauce wings. I also recommend you throw in a hot version, because someone in your crowd is going to want hot wings!
