How to make idli/dosa batter with perfect proportion|idli/dosa batter making recipe|With secret tips
Ingredients and method is given below, don't miss any step, while preparing,
Tip : If you are going to make idli or dosa, for the next day morning, then u have to do this entire process before one day.
Ingredients:-
2 glasses of rice (any kind)
1glass of urad daal
1tbls of fenugreek seeds

Imp tip - for the fermentation process use an Aluminum utensil.
After completion of fermentation, transfer it into another metal or glass vessel or bowl.
Don't use Copper utensils.

Method:-
You need to wash the above ingredients for
2 -3 times.
Now, soak rice and fenugreek seeds together in one utensil. Water should be more.
Now soak urad daal in another utensil in the same manner.
And cover them with a lid for 6-7 hrs.
After 6-7 hrs of soaking, use the same water for grinding.
Grind urad daal separately, you need to grind a fine paste.
Now mix both pastes with clean and properly washed hands. Cover with a lid and keep them for the whole night.
Your batter is ready, u can make idli/dosa/appam/Uthappa.
