The National Journal reports hackers made off with the personal information of more than 20 million people -- including 1.1 million fingerprints -- during the OPM data breach.

It marks a new and frightening advancement in cyber theft.

Jim Penrose, executive vice president of cyber intelligence for Darktrace, discussed the issue with Government Matters.
