Bharat Symphony is a tapestry of Indian culture in four movements, symbolizing the four major periods of Indian (musical) heritage, namely: Prehistoric Vedic period,
Mughal period, British Raj period and Post-Independence period.
Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam is a Sanskrit phrase which means – “The world is one family.” The original verse appears in Maha Upanishad (Chapter 6, verse 71) and also in the Vedas. This is considered one of the most important moral values in Indian society.

This verse of Maha Upanishad is engraved in the entrance hall of the parliament of India.

"ayam bandhur-ayam neti gananaam laghu chetasaamudaara charitaanaam tu vasudhaiva kutumbakam"
Which translates to -
ayam bandhu = this is a friend/relative
ayam na iti = this is not (a friend/relative)
ganana = (thus they) consider
laghu cetasam = the petty-minded people
udaara charitanam = the magnanimous ones, those of generous disposition
tu = but, indeed
vasudha eva kutumbakam = the world is their family

“This one is my relative, that one is not!” Thus the petty-minded people think. But for the magnanimous hearts, the whole world is their family.
