Synopsis of Tirandaj Shabor
“Tirandaj Shabor” directed by Arindam Sil is a film based on a story written by Sirshendu Mukhopadhyay. The story revolves around the protagonist-ACP - DD Shabor Dasgupta and his accomplice, Inspector Nanda trying to narrow down on a suspected murderer named Sumit Ghoshal. The narrative starts with Sumit, who is a taxi driver, arriving at Bhowanipur Police Station with an apparently sick person on a rainy night, in his taxi. Sumit asks for help at the Police Station. The Officer-in-Charge inspects the person in the taxi to find him dead. Sumit is the main suspect and slowly as the case unfurls various other suspects appear. And Shabor’s main challenge is to find out the truth which takes him to find out various connections amongst the suspects, twisting the plot further.
