Recipe:
1-2 packs puff pastry sheets thawed
1 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs (divided)
2 tbsp heavy cream
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice (divided)
1 tsp vanilla
• dip finger in water for edges
• brush with egg wash (1 egg + 1 tbsp water)
• sprinkle with 1-2 tbsp sugar & 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
