These are the top exercises I do every single day to protect my back, stay pain-free, and feel strong:
✅ Glute Bridges – Activate your glutes & support your lower back
✅ Bird-Dogs – Improve core stability & spinal control
✅ Wall-Sits – Strengthen your legs & core without spinal strain
✅ TRX W-Face Pulls – Build strong posture & upper back muscles
✅ Dead Hangs & Single-Arm Hangs – Decompress & strengthen your spine

These exercises have helped me avoid pain, build strength, and keep moving forward—even after spinal fusion! 💪
