Cold'ish weather FINALLY reached Los Angeles county! Well, lower 80's and high 70's but if that's cold enough for the Philippine Islands then it's cold enough for me! This beloved comfort food goes by many names: lugaw, arroz caldo, congee, juk, rice porridge. Whichever name you choose to refer to it by i've got a recipe that will warm you up from the inside-out. This is my first attempt at making arroz caldo with an InstantPot -- hit play and see how it goes!
