Today we’re touring Alaska Airlines' state-of-the-art training center—a place where pilots, flight attendants, ground agents, customer service teams , cargo, maintenance and so many more will train to develop the skills needed to provide safe, seamless operations every day.

This behind-the-scenes look will give you a deeper understanding of the training employees undertake prior to working an actual flight.
