It’s RESIN time! We we’re so excited to finally reach this first MAJOR step in the process this week. We knew once we started to fiberglass the shell back to the new floor we would feel heaps better about this process. This renovation has had so much more in store for us than we planned… this week follow along with us to show you the process of glassing in a new floor on an old ’89 vintage RV.

When we purchased this vintage RV we expected a lot of mechanical work and a lot of woodworking but truly were not prepared for the amount of work it would take to get this gal structurally sound. It’s our first time taking on a project of this magnitude so we really appreciate your support as we tackle this project one week and one task at a time! We haven’t been recording the entirety of the engine rebuild process so let us know down in the comments if that is something you would like to see more of!

We know one day this RV will be just as incredible as our beloved first van home and keep smiling imagining all of the incredible places we hope to travel to in her once everything is all finished up!
