HOW TO PACK SMARTER - 5 months in a 40L backpack

I basically live out of my carry-on and these are some tips that help me travel well

➤ Pick a suitcase/backpack you love. I have an 40L backpack that I took for 4 months in Asia and the smaller carry-on that i’ve used for multiple 3 month trips

➤ Neutrals are your friend. Choose a consistent color palette so you can easily mix/match, maximizing the number of outfit combos

➤ Wear the bulkiest layers on the plane

➤ Get comfortable re-wearing your clothes. I promise nobody cares

➤ Travel sized skincare products. Shampoo/conditioner bars are great for the environment minimize liquids

➤ Packing cubes are a game changer (storage bags work too but I don’t prefer them as much)

➤ You can wash laundry buy essentials at your destination

➤ BONUS: A menstrual cup comes in handy has been a game changer for travel
