After 18 years, Nissan has built the final R35 GT-R in Japan—a Premium edition T Spec in Midnight Purple. From 2007 to today, the R35 evolved yearly, broke records, and defined accessible supercar performance.

In this video, we walk through the R35 story: the VR38DETT twin-turbo V6, ATTESA ET-S all-wheel drive, and constant updates that raised power from 480 ps to 570 ps—plus NISMO’s 600 ps with GT3-spec turbos. We revisit the Nürburgring milestones (7:38 → 7:29 → 7:26 → 7:18 → 7:08.679), Tsukuba records (59.361 and 59.078), and the 2016 Guinness fastest-drift crown at 304.96 km/h.
