In this video, I walk you through my latest portfolio project: a fully functional, frontend-only AI Interview Assistant platform. Built from scratch using modern web technologies like React, Redux Toolkit, and Tailwind CSS, this application streamlines the technical interview process for both candidates and interviewers.

The entire application runs in the browser, with all data managed through SupabaseDB

For Candidates:

seamless interview flow starting with a unique interview code.

Resume Upload: Candidates can upload their resume (.txt or .docx) to auto-fill their details.

Timed Questions: The assessment consists of 6 timed questions with varying difficulty (Easy, Medium, Hard).

Anti-Cheating: The interview is marked "abandoned" if the candidate switches tabs.

Instant Feedback: Get immediate, question-by-question scoring after each answer.

Final Weighted Score: A comprehensive, weighted final score is displayed upon completion.

For Interviewers:

Create Question Sets: Interviewers can build question sets manually or by bulk-uploading a CSV file.

Code Generation: The system generates a unique code for the interview and a separate one for the dashboard.

Comprehensive Dashboard: A dedicated dashboard to monitor all candidates, their status, scores, and detailed answers.

Detailed Analysis: Review individual answers, matched keywords, and question-specific scores for each candidate.

Aggregate Stats: Get insights like completion rates and average scores.
