The Hoh Rainforest on Washington’s Olympic Peninsula is one of the quietest, wettest, and most alive places we’ve ever stepped foot in.

We wandered beneath the canopy at sunrise — moss dripping from ancient trees, the air thick with mist and birdsong — and tried to capture what it feels like to stand inside a living cathedral.

There’s no rush here. Time moves slow, measured not in years, but in rain, roots, and the soft hum of life growing all around you.
