I’ve been applying executive coaching principles to student athletes and seeing great results.

Student athletes are usually working towards a long term goal.

It’s never just “one thing” that needs to get done.

So just like in executive coaching, we’re going to start by;

Helping them learn to reward themselves

Helping them fall in love with the process.

Many of you reading this post would probably be better off if you got to do that as a student.

Let’s help students learn the right habits early so that they can thrive as our next generation.
