Hello Guys and good day everyone maybe you wonder why i cook pancit bato... this recipe is very unique in taste very delicous as well. that's why its called PANCIT BATO because this noodle first originated in the Municipality of Bato Camarines Sur and still manufactured there. It is weights just like the usual miki noodle.

Pancit bato is made of wheat flour, originally small and round shape and is traditionally sun-dried up the drying and lock in flavor in the noodle, firewood as fuel is used to bake-dry the pancit bato which adds distinct texture and slight smoky flavor.

This dish is opened prepared for birthday celebrations as they symbolize longivity and health according to ancient Filipino Superstitious...

PANCIT BATO INGREDIENTS:

pancit bato - 1 1/2 kg
pork belly - 300g sliced
1 onion medium - chopped
5 cloves of garlic - chopped
ground black pepper - 1 tbsp
soy sauce - 1/4 cup
fish sauce - 3 tbsp
oyster sauce - 3 tbsp
KIKIAM - 250g
fish ball - 250g
pork cube - 1 pc
1 carrot big - sliced
baguio beans - 300g sliced
repolyo - 1/2 sliced
ccoking oil - 4 tbsp
