0:05-0:21: (Damien Hollis) I think one of the key differences with Unimarket is their success is our success. A lot of software vendors will sell software to their customer and then just walk away, "Good luck", get that installed, hope it works out for you, and then try and sell you some licenses maybe later on.
0:22-0:29: (Peter Kane) We're a technology provider but we're a service company and a lot of technology providers forget the fact that it's service that they're delivering.
0:30-0:44: (Brian Sweeney) The business model was built to not only make sure that the funding of the systems was affordable to customers but also the value was being shared across customers and suppliers and both would have to be getting value before we can really be successful.
0:45-0:59: (Peter Kane) To me, it's an advantage that we're smaller. We're nimble, we're responsive. We work with our customers in terms of the development of our solution. Most of the significant developments we've made over the last five years with the solution have all been customer informed.
1:00-1:08: (Brian Sweeney) It's not only the way we handle the customers and the feedback we get, it's also the tools that we use that make it easy for them to provide feedback or to ask questions.
1:09-1:18: (Peter Kane) For us, it's as equally important how we do things as opposed to just what we're doing. Ease of use is what drives adoption which is what drives value.
1:19-1:30: (Darren Blakely) You oftentimes have a very divergent skill level around technology. You've got some people who are very highly technical and comfortable with software and you've got some people who don't turn a computer on on a given day.
1:31-1:36: (Damien Hollis) Our development process is very much an agile process so we're rolling out releases weekly.
1:37-1:39: (Brian Sweeney) Either fixing minor issues or building bigger functionality.
1:40-1:46: (Darren Blakely) The satisfaction with the Unimarket platform and with the team is just extraordinary.
1:47-1:51: (Damien Hollis) We get really good ratings on customer service, 99.6% it currently is.
1:52-1:59: (Peter Kane) So essentially at Unimarket we want to provide the solution that users love to use and also be the company that our customers love to do business with.
