6 Tips for Starting Medical School 📝

Congratulations class of 2023! I know how uncertain it must feel to be entering medical school in the midst of a pandemic. Despite all the wonderful technology that allows us to continue our education, a virtual orientation will never really feel the same. Rest assured that the school is doing everything they can to make your transition as welcoming as possible.

In lieu of being able to meet all of you in person (at least for the foreseeable future), I've decided to make this video on the 6 most helpful life lessons I've discovered in my short but fulfilling journey through medicine thus far.

This video was inspired by the "Dear First-Year Me" project run by the McMaster Medicine Student Council, Class of 2022.
