Can a morning person survive Brandon Sanderson's night owl schedule for a while week?

I was asking myself the same thing. TLDR: I finished my book using Brandon Sanderson's writing routine, at the cost of my sanity!

In this video, I take on the challenge: writing from 1 to 5 PM, and then again from 10PM to 2–3AM, splitting my day into family time, focused creative work, and intentional leisure—just like Sanderson does. 😅

Inspired by Sanderson’s books (Mistborn, Elantris, The Way of Kings), his lectures at BYU, and insights from Writing Excuses, I dove into his structured routine to see what lessons I could steal—and which parts were completely unsustainable for me.
