■About Nakajima, HR Manager
Graduated from Waseda University's School of Law. Nakajima worked at a major human resources venture for 10 years, engaging in a wide range of roles including CA, RA, marketing, and new business launch. He also managed an organization of up to 60 employees as it expanded from 100 to 1,500. He joined Naresome as HR Manager, responsible for recruitment, training, and organizational management.
