It's another slow day living under the COVID-19 lock-down, so I'm keeping busy with my maintenance chores. Today it's bikes, beer, and beaver nuggets! This is a long ride, so skip to the end of this description for clickable time indexes.

This video is a slow ride to Buc-ee's for snacks and beef brisket sandwiches. I left this video long and only edited out the waits at stoplights, so this is a complete ride today. It's not fast, it's not fancy... it's just a relaxed scooter ride around the Katy area.

We took my 2015 Honda PCX150 up on the highway today and it performed just fine. Our combined rider weight today is around 270 pounds (122 kg). This bike is mechanically stock except for Dr.Pulley sliders (13g) in the variator. The sliders allow this bike to consistently reach a top speed of ~67 mph before hitting the rev-limiter. The extra rider weight today doesn't seem to affect top speed, but it does slow the acceleration a bit, which is no surprise. My 2016 Honda PCX with the factory variator and roller weights can only reach ~63 mph before hitting the rev-limiter.
