As a coach, I recommend using a training method called 'blitz training' for circuit training when you're short on time, have low muscle mass, and need better blood flow for recovery. Blitz training utilizes bodyweight, dumbbells, kettlebells, and cables, but no barbells, to keep the intensity high while allowing for faster recovery. The circuit might include exercises like dumbbell bench press, seated rows, squats, bicep curls, tricep pushdowns, rear delt raises, step-ups, lower back movements, and abdominal work. Doing 2-4 sets of 12-15 reps with a weight you can do 20 reps with can help you pack on muscle, recover faster, and look better.
