Loretta Perfectus Walsh is fondly honored by U.S. Navy sailors for her incredible legacy. Sadly, she passed away in 1925 after a battle with tuberculosis and was laid to rest in St. Patrick’s Cemetery in Blakely, Pennsylvania, close to her birthplace in Olyphant.
