INDUSTRIAL JP ASMRは、日本全国の多種多様な工場を訪ね、フィールドレコーディングを行い、工場および製造機械が奏でる音のアーカイブを制作するプロジェクトです。工場音楽レーベル”INDUSTRIAL JP”のサブレーベルとして2021年4月にスタートしました。

2021年1月、新栄工業にて指向性マイクおよびアンビソニックマイクなど各種マイクを用いて録音。

新栄工業
1979年創業。圏央道の開通により物流拠点として脚光を浴びる千葉県千葉市に工場を構える。金属プレス加工を中心に、金型製作、さらには梱包とワンストップで製品を送り出している。加工する材料は、板厚0.6㎜～3.2㎜程度の表面処理材、ステンレス、アルミなどで、少量多品種を得意とし製品の生涯ロットに合わせた金型設計や、最適な加工方法の提案をしている。

This sound was recorded at Sinei Insustry in January 2021 using various microphones such as directional microphones and ambisonic microphones.

Shin Ei Industry
Shin Ei Industry was founded in 1979 in Chiba-City, which became a major distribution center with the opening of the Ken-O Expressway. Centring around metal stamp manufacturing, Shin Ei makes metal dies, and provides packaging services as a one-stop manufacturer and shipper. They use surface treatment material, stainless steel, and aluminum between 0.6mm and 3.2mm, to create small batches of many products. They can design metal dies according to “lifelong lots”, devising optimum manufacturing techniques.
